Marketplace

PBA continues to direct considerable time, effort and resources to the promotion of travel and tourism both on an intrastate and interstate basis. Each spring, the Association conducts a travel marketplace wherein a broad range of destinations, hotels, attractions and travel promotion agencies are featured in an exposition setting. While this scenario affords an opportunity for bus operators and their tour and charter personnel to establish contact with destination representatives, the basic purpose of the PBA Marketplace is to bring group leaders or end customers in contact with representatives of the travel-hospitality industry.

It is the most expansive travel motorcoach marketplace of its kind in the country today. More importantly it has become a proven business stimulant for both PBA Operators and our Supplier Members who participate in the activity.

Marketplace is not open to the general public. Attendees must be pre-registered through invitations issued by PBA member motorcoach companies.

We trust you will read it carefully. Exhibit Booth Registration form - this form is to register for a booth. Completed form and full payment are required by deadlines listed on form to receive specific booth prices. PBA cannot hold booth space without full payment. Exhibit Decorator Letter - this letter is to purchase additional items for your booth (carpet, extra tables, etc.) or ship your booth to the decorator to be delivered to the show.  You must work directly with the decorator, PBA does not handle any of these details. Marketplace Directory Ads and Articles Form - this form is to purchase space for an ad or article in the Marketplace Directory. Completed form and full payment are required by the deadline on the form, PBA cannot hold space without full payment. Sponsorship Form - this form is to purchase a sponsorship for the Marketplace.  Completed form and full payment are required, PBA cannot hold a sponsorship without payment.
