Marketplace

PBA continues to direct considerable time, effort and resources to the promotion of travel and tourism both on an intrastate and interstate basis. Each spring, the Association conducts a travel marketplace wherein a broad range of destinations, hotels, attractions and travel promotion agencies are featured in an exposition setting. While this scenario affords an opportunity for bus operators and their tour and charter personnel to establish contact with destination representatives, the basic purpose of the PBA Marketplace is to bring group leaders or end customers in contact with representatives of the travel-hospitality industry.

It is the most expansive travel motorcoach marketplace of its kind in the country today. More importantly it has become a proven business stimulant for both PBA Operators and our Supplier Members who participate in the activity.

Marketplace is not open to the general public. Attendees must be pre-registered through invitations issued by PBA-member motorcoach companies.

2009 Marketplace Information       Show Date:       March 24, 2009 Show Times:    9:00 am - 12:00 pm                              1:00 pm - 4:00 pm Location:            Expo Hall                               PA Farm Show Complex                               Harrisburg, PA       2009 Marketplace Confirmed Booths as of August 26, 2008     Host Hotel Information PBA has selected the Holiday Inn Harrisburg-Hershey as the host hotel for the Marketplace.  We have also arranged to hold the Marketing to the Motor Coach Industry Seminar on March 22 and 23, as well as the Awards Reception and Dinner on Monday, March 23 at the hotel.  The hotel is located at 604 Station Road (Exit 80 off of I-81), Grantville, PA  17028.    2009 Marketplace Forms To register for a booth at PBA's Marketplace, please select the appropriate form below and the appropriate fee on the form.  PBA is UNABLE TO HOLD BOOTH SPACE WITHOUT PAYMENT, please send full payment with completed booth registration form. Submitting a form (either by mail or fax) without full payment prior to a discount deadline does not qualify your company for the discounted rate.  Please provide credit card information with faxed forms.  Booth registrations will not be processed without payment.
