Registration is officially open for the 12th Annual PBA Motorcoach Safety & Preparedness Workshop scheduled for August 14, 2025 8:00 AM-3:30 PM.
New location for 2026! Lower Swatara Fire Department 1350 Fulling Mill Road Middletown, PA 17057.
This year's workshop will be designed to address issues that a variety of our motorcoach members are seeking. The format for this workshop includes a variety of issues and topics in which registrants can pick a track; Group 1 for Mechanics and Group 2 for Safety Directors, Dispatchers, Office Personnel, and Office Staff.
Coffee will be available upon arrival and lunch is included with registration.

- Motorcoach Maintenance Competition Overview & Sign Up (Ryan Monteleone, Executive Coach)
- Vehicle Inspection Demo (Tpr. Brooks/Scott Fuhrman, PA State Police)
- Skill Testing on Rigged Coach
- The Intersection of Safety and Maintenance (Mike McDonal, Saucon Technologies)
- Principles of Being a Leader in Safety (Salvatore Caccavale, Martz Group)
This workshop has drawn many of the companies servicing the motorcoach industry. Time will be set aside during lunch to speak with the sponsors who will have table-top displays and the manufacturers who bring a coach.

About the Workshop
The Annual Motorcoach Safety & Preparedness Workshop is for our members and their key employees including owners, safety directors, mechanics, inside staff, etc. The format for this workshop includes a variety of issues and topics that the registrants can “pick-and-choose” from. The Committee organizing the Workshop addresses many issues affecting the motorcoach industry to keep our members well-informed.
PBA Associate Members are invited to sponsor at this event and meet those that keep the wheels turning safely at the PBA member’s operation!
