2027 Group Travel Marketplace Sponsorships are available to elevate your brand. A sponsorship provides your organization multi-channel exposure via email, website, print (Group Travel Marketplace Directory) and social media. Sponsorship benefits vary by level providing you with marketing opportunities to reach a wider audience.
FAM Tour Opportunities!
Travel Supplier Members: Showcase your destination, attraction or experience by hosting a FAM Tour for registered Marketplace operators and tour planners. FAM hosts whose tour includes a meal receive a complimentary half-page color ad in the Group Travel Marketplace Directory. Snacks and refreshments do not qualify. FAM submissions are due November 30, 2026.
Operators & Tour Planners: PBA will share available FAM Tour opportunities from participating Travel Supplier Members in late December. Attendees may then coordinate directly with the host organizations and should confirm their selections by January 31, 2027.
2027 Key Dates:
- October 31, 2026: Early Bird pricing ends
- November 30, 2026: Last day for PBA Members to submit a FAM Tour
- January 15, 2027: Last day to cancel for a partial refund
- January 31, 2027: Last day for operators to schedule a FAM Tour
- February 9, 2027: Last day to secure a Sponsorship
- February 9, 2027: Last day to register for inclusion in the Group Travel Marketplace Directory
- February 16, 2027: Sponsorship advertising and artwork is due
- February 19, 2027: Marketplace registration closes
