The 2025 Marketplace will be hosted by Discover Lancaster at Spooky Nook in Manheim, PA (Lancaster County)! This is a group leader show supported by PBA's motorcoach operator members.
PBA’s annual Marketplace is a unique opportunity for our motorcoach operators’ tour planners, charter reps and group leaders to meet with attractions, hotels, convention & visitors bureaus, etc. to see where their group might want to travel….both day and overnight trips.
Non-Member Exhibitors are welcome! PBA member booth rates are much lower than those travel industry companies not currently a member of the Pennsylvania Bus Association, view pricing. Tuesday, February 25 is What to Expect! Virtual Information Session for Exhibitors. Opt-in for this session on the registration form and get your questions answered!
Monday, March 24 is set-up day for exhibitors, a Best Practices Roundtable discussion for Marketplace attendees, PBA’s Board of Director meeting and an evening reception for all!
Tuesday, March 25 will start with the breakfast meeting, following by the main event; our Group Leader Marketplace at Spooky Nook located at 75 Champ Blvd. Manheim, PA 17545.
FAM Tours for Group Leaders!
PBA secured FAMS for the Group Leaders from PBA Members. Operators will contact the PBA Member FAM hosts directly by January 31, 2025.

- January 17, 2025 - Cancellation of a purchased booth for partial refund.
- January 31, 2025 - Last day for Operators to schedule a FAM Tour.
- January 31, 2025 - Directory Cover sponsorship ad/artwork is due.
- February 7, 2025 - Last day to purchase a Sponsorship.
- February 14, 2025 - Hotel Room reservation deadline (extended from January 31).
- February 14, 2025 - Sponsorship ad/artwork is due (for guaranteed placement in the Marketplace Directory).
