EASTON, PA — The Pennsylvania Bus Association (PBA) is pleased to announce that Explore York has been selected as the official host destination for the 2027 PBA Annual Conference.

Scheduled June 21-24, 2027, the conference will be headquartered at Heritage Hills Resort in York, Pennsylvania, offering attendees a centrally located venue with modern meeting space, scenic surroundings, and convenient access for members traveling throughout the region.

Following a competitive bid process, Explore York stood out for its strong commitment to partnership, comprehensive support services, and the diverse experiences York County offers to group travel professionals.

“York County delivers the perfect combination of accessibility, affordability, and authentic experiences,” said Pattie Cowley, Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Bus Association. “We are excited to partner with Explore York to create a dynamic and engaging conference for our members in 2027.”

Located in south-central Pennsylvania, York County offers easy access to major markets including Harrisburg, Baltimore, and Philadelphia, making it an ideal destination for attendees traveling by motorcoach or car. Attendees will experience a region rich in history, culture, outdoor recreation, and culinary offerings, providing meaningful opportunities for networking and industry connection beyond the meeting room.

Heritage Hills Resort will serve as the host hotel and conference venue, featuring over 15,000 square feet of meeting space, multiple event rooms, on-site dining, and resort-style amenities. The property can accommodate a wide range of conference functions, from general sessions to networking events and social gatherings.

Explore York will also support the conference with customized programming, including dine-around experiences, off-site events, and curated familiarization (FAM) tours showcasing the region’s attractions. The FAMS will span from historic sites and cultural venues to unique local experiences.

The Pennsylvania Bus Association’s mission is to promote, protect, and advance the interests of the motorcoach and group travel industry through advocacy, education, and collaboration—bringing members together to strengthen business opportunities and industry connections.

“We are excited to welcome the Pennsylvania Bus Association to York County for their 2027 Annual Conference,” said Laura Wagner, President of Explore York. “We appreciate the opportunity to host and to work alongside our partners to create a thoughtful, well-rounded experience. We look forward to introducing attendees to our community and everything the region has to offer.”

In the meantime, PBA invites members and industry partners to join us at the 2026 Annual Conference, taking place June 22–25, 2026, at Kalahari Resorts & Convention Center in the Pocono Mountains, PA. Registration is now open, and we look forward to another exceptional gathering of our industry.
